Graduate Programme

SCOTT offers engineering graduate roles annually. We employ several mechanical design, mechatronic and control systems engineers each year as well as graduates with a background in maths, physics, vision systems, software, and project management. These graduates  develop and shape the future of our business and the next generation of engineers.

For a period of approximately two years we provide our graduates with mentoring and support to our to develop into competent and confident professional engineers. In addition, many graduates will have the opportunity to spend time in our workshop to ensure practicality aligns with the theoretical.

Following the successful completion of our graduate programme, SCOTT provides the opportunity to specialise in different engineering disciplines and industries, including:

How to Apply

Our Graduate recruitment process starts in April/May each year in preparation for graduates completing their courses later in the year. Check our current vacancies page regularly.
