At SCOTT, we have a well established Health and Safety management systems and processes functioning actively in the workplace and fully supported by senior management. Our processes and documents are reviewed and audited on a regular basis as part of our continuous improvement program Lean six sigma.
We take Health and Safety seriously and have dedicated Health and safety coordinators on each site, fully supported and well informed with the legislation and law changes.
We have an in-house competency-based training program that utilises both in-house expertise and external certified trainers to ensure our staff are safe to operate in our workshop and on customer sites.
All onsite contractors must complete "Contractor Health and Safety Requirements and Information Form" and provide the information required prior to commencing work at any of Scott's sites. Upon arrival to site, you will be inducted by site H&S personnel.
Your name will be added to the approved contractors list and will be subject to annual assessment to ensure hazards and risks are identified, eliminated or minimised.
