I am pleased to announce that from 1st July 2013 Machinery Automation and Robotics Pty Ltd welcomed two new shareholders and investors in the business – Troy Krogh and Paul Gekas. Troy and Paul will join our existing shareholders and Directors Clyde Campbell and Greg Campbell, in setting and managing the strategic direction for the MAR business.
All shareholders will continue in their current roles in the business:
Greg Campbell – Director
Clyde Campbell – Director and CEO
Troy Krogh – General Manager
Paul Gekas – Southern Region Manager & National Sales Manager
Why the changes?
The new ownership structure at MAR provides the company with broad executive management experience across sales, operations, engineering, financial, legal, and strategic business development, and gives a secure executive management platform to support future growth in line with the company strategic plan.
When will it take effect?
The new ownership changes will officially take effect as of 1st July 2013. All MAR staff, customers and suppliers are being advised of the changes today. For our suppliers, any outstanding invoices and work in progress will automatically transfer to the new MAR trading entity on 1st July 2013. The new MAR entity will also transfer all current open MAR purchase orders. For this reason it is important that you update your MAR customer account records as soon as practical.
Our business has evolved since our humble beginnings in 1987 as CMC Electrical Pty Ltd, and in 2001 becoming Machinery Automation & Robotics Pty Ltd. This latest change is the next phase in our evolutionary process to continually adapt to changing market opportunities and provide a secure platform for future growth.
As our valued supplier we thank you for your loyal support, and look forward to our business relationship continuing for many years to come.
Should you have any questions regarding the changes, please contact our General Manager – Mr Troy Krogh or our accounts staff on Ph: 02 9748 7001.
